You can find online too many resources to learn about B2B sales and marketing. But after one course and two books, I realized that the core concepts and daily activities are always the same. Here are my recommendations in the order I would have read/watched them:
- Compact Introduction to B2B Sales:
- The Udemy Course The Ultimate Sales Development Rep Training Programme It teaches you how the daily tasks of a Sales Representative (SDR) look like. This course is very practical
- “The B2B Selling Guidebook” by Jim Irwing It shows what the challenges in B2B sales are and that you need a lot of discipline and activity to be successful
- “The Challenger Sale” by Matthew Dixon and Brent Adamson: This book gives you a structure to understand target organizations and set your expectations. It takes a long time to win deals and many stakeholders need to approve it
Unfortunately, all recommendations are in English. I am still waiting for good German or Spanish literature on sales.
